Cancellation within 3 weeks of the Intensive commencement date are strictly non refundable, unless the space can be filled. (This excludes the $250 deposit) Cancellation caused by emergencies (medical or personal) can be transferred to a future intensive or go towards an offering of Hannah's upon discussion with her, but legitimate proof will be required.
